Universitas Esa Unggul proudly welcomed delegates from the International Association of Indigenous and Cultural Psychology (IAICP) in a meeting aimed at establishing international collaboration in the field of cultural psychology.

The visit was honored by the presence of Prof. Uichol Kim, President of IAICP, and Dr. Yoesdinaian Nugraha, M.A., Secretary-General of IAICP, who shared valuable insights on the role of psychology in understanding culture and local wisdom. The meeting between the UEU Faculty of Psychology and IAICP on March 5, 2025, featured a highly impactful sharing session.

Through this meeting, Prof. Uichol Kim expressed his appreciation for UEU’s efforts in the field of psychology, particularly in expanding international networks and opening opportunities for inclusive research collaboration. This initiative is expected to enrich academic knowledge on local cultures and indigenous communities.
