The Office of International Affairs (KUI) at Universitas Esa Unggul proudly hosted a landmark event that underscored its commitment to fostering global collaboration and academic excellence. The day began with the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) and Agreements (MoA) between Universitas Esa Unggul and prestigious international institutions, including Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and Daegu Cyber University. The ceremony, held in Room 211, formalized partnerships aimed at advancing academic exchanges, joint research, and faculty and student mobility programs. Key figures from Universitas Esa Unggul, including Rector Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma A.P., ST., MBA., IPU, ASEAN Eng., and Vice Rectors Dr. Muhammad Fachruddin Arrozi, SE,Ak,M.Si., and Dr. Rilla Gantino, SE, Ak, MM, participated alongside faculty and international representatives, reflecting the institution’s dedication to innovation and global engagement.
The event also saw active participation from distinguished delegates of Universitas Esa Unggul’s Faculty of Law and Faculty of Psychology, showcasing the university’s multidisciplinary approach to global collaboration. Representing the Faculty of Law were Hj. Rita Alfiana, SE, SH, M.Kn, Vice Dean; Dr. Annisa Fitria, SH, MH, M.Kn, Head of the Research Center; and Dr. Wasis Susetio, SH, MH, SH., a senior lecturer. Their involvement emphasized the faculty’s dedication to advancing legal education through international partnerships. From the Faculty of Psychology, the delegation included Yuli Azmi Rozali, S.Psi, M.Psi, Dean; Mariyana Widiastuti, S.Psi, M.Psi, Vice Dean; Novendawati Wahyu Sitasari, S.Psi, M.Psi, Head of the Psychology Program; and Aisyah Ratnaningtyas, S.Psi, M.Psi, Head of the Study Center. These representatives contributed valuable insights, strengthening the dialogue on cross-cultural and interdisciplinary approaches in education and research. Their presence highlighted Universitas Esa Unggul’s commitment to nurturing innovation and global engagement across all academic fields.
The collaboration extended beyond formal agreements as the event featured enriching international guest lectures, offering students and faculty profound insights into global academic practices. Professor Dr. Byun Hae-Cheol from Hankuk University delivered a thought-provoking session on “Development of the State and Law,” while Prof. Lim Ji Hyang from Daegu Cyber University presented a compelling lecture on “What is Art Therapy?” for the Faculty of Psychology. These interactive lectures highlighted the importance of cross-cultural dialogue and inspired critical thinking among participants, aligning with KUI’s mission to enhance global academic discourse.
With active involvement from faculty leaders and international delegates, the event underscored Universitas Esa Unggul’s role as a dynamic hub for international education.
