Faculty Mobility

The Faculty Mobility Program facilitates the exchange of lecturers between universities with the aim of enhancing academic experiences and teaching quality at Universitas Esa Unggul (UEU) and its international partners. Lecturers from UEU have the opportunity to teach abroad, while lecturers from partner universities can also visit UEU. This program enables the exchange of knowledge and teaching experiences, expands professional networks, and enhances understanding of the global higher education system. Moreover, Faculty Mobility introduces new teaching perspectives and methods to UEU, enriching the curriculum and creating a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

  • Global Signature Course (GSC)

The Global Signature Course (GSC) within the context of faculty mobility is a program where lecturers from Universitas Esa Unggul teach in the same class with professors and students from partner universities abroad, facilitating the exchange of knowledge and cross-cultural experiences within a single global classroom.

  • Joint Seminar

The Joint Seminar in the context of faculty mobility refers to a collaborative seminar involving lecturers from Esa Unggul University who travel to partner universities abroad to collaborate in conducting seminars, enrich international perspectives in academic discussions, and build cross-border collaboration networks.

  • Faculty Mobility 1 Week Program

The Mobility 1 Week Program is a collaborative exchange scheme for faculty members to mutually recognize each other. Faculty members from partner institutions can participate as full members by teaching for one week or by engaging in a combination of teaching and other mutually beneficial activities.
