The International Office of Universitas Esa Unggul successfully held the Socialization and Final Interview session for prospective Student Buddies 2025 on Friday, June 20, 2025. This event marked the final stage of the selection process to determine the students who will accompany international participants in various international activities, particularly the upcoming 2025 Immersion Program.
The event began with a socialization session covering the role of the International Office, international programs, the responsibilities of a Student Buddy, and the benefits of this experience in enhancing students’ soft skills and global networking. Participants were also given insights into the dynamics of the immersion program and how they can contribute to creating a meaningful and welcoming experience for international students on campus.
The agenda continued with a Focus Group Discussion, serving as the final assessment stage. This session aimed to explore the candidates’ commitment, communication skills, and readiness to support international students. All participants showed high enthusiasm, open-minded personalities, and a strong spirit of collaboration.
Through this final selection, the International Office of Universitas Esa Unggul aims to appoint Student Buddies who are not only ready to assist but also capable of representing the inclusive, friendly, and inspiring spirit of Indonesian culture.
