Immersion Program 2023 at Esa Unggul Jakarta Campus was an unforgettable one-week experience from 23 to 29 July 2023. Beginning with a festive opening at the Kemala Ballroom, the programme combined Indonesian language learning with a comprehensive tour of the campus, introducing participants to the uniqueness of Indonesian culture. Participants were divided into classes such as Public Relations, Management, and Biotechnology, resulting in a unique learning atmosphere. During the trip to various iconic Jakarta spots, including the Textile Museum, Pantai Indah Kapuk, and Citra Alam Riverside in Bogor, participants not only gained cultural insights, but also participated in creative workshops such as batik making and traditional Betawi food making, as well as experiencing harmony in an angklung workshop at Esa Unggul Bekasi Campus.

The trip concluded with the thrill of exploring Jakarta’s iconic destinations such as Thamrin City and Grand Indonesia using the Jakarta MRT, impressing participants with the city’s rich history and culture. A festive closing ceremony filled the last day, where participants bid farewell with the hope that the experiences and knowledge they gained will guide their future life journeys. Immersion Programme 2023 successfully built cultural bridges and instilled inspiration for all participants, providing an immersive experience of Indonesia’s rich culture.
